Our work
Our approach to developing young people
We are building three connected areas of work. Each one sets out its purpose, what it involves, its current status, and how an adult can enquire. Where a programme is still taking shape, we say so honestly.
Community football clinics
In developmentPurpose. Bringing young people together through structured football activity that builds skill, confidence and teamwork in a safe, supervised setting.
What it involves. Sessions include coaching, small-sided games and basic skills development, led or supervised by responsible adults.
Status. We will share availability, eligibility and dates as programmes are confirmed.
Mentorship and learning
In developmentPurpose. Pairing football with mentorship and learning support, so talent on the pitch is matched by opportunity off it.
What it involves. Mentorship from experienced figures, learning support, and guidance on education and life beyond football.
Status. We are designing these arrangements now and will share details as they take shape.
The Uganda Talent Hub
In developmentPurpose. A coordinated approach to community clinics, player development records and carefully managed opportunities for young talent, developed with Joy for Humanity.
What it involves. The hub will coordinate clinics, coach feedback, learning support and controlled exposure for young players.
Status. The hub is in development. Player registration is not open yet.
Enquire about programmes
If you are a school, coach, community organisation or potential partner, we would like to hear from you. Enquiries are handled with adults.
