Data controller

The data controller for personal information collected through this website is TM6 Foundation. We will publish verified contact details for the controller here once they are confirmed.

What we collect

Through our enquiry forms we collect: your name, one contact method (email or phone), enquiry type, optional organisation and district, your message, the page you submitted from, and any UTM attribution parameters. We capture a separate marketing consent choice. We do not knowingly collect a child's personal data through these forms.

Purposes and lawful basis

We process enquiry data to respond to your enquiry and to manage partnership, programme, volunteer, support and media conversations. The lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your request. Marketing consent is separate and optional.

Recipients

Enquiries are handled by the responsible TM6 team. Approved adult enquiries may be relayed to our customer relationship system when that integration is configured and tested. We do not send children's details to that system. We do not sell your data.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, in line with our retention approach.

International processing

This website and its services may process data outside Uganda, including through hosting and analytics providers. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form text or identifiable player data into analytics.

Your rights

You have rights over your personal data, including access, correction, erasure, and objection. To exercise these rights, contact us through the contact form.

Analytics

We use anonymous analytics that record only event names and coarse, non-identifying context. Non-essential tracking is consent-dependent where required. We do not install advertising or social tracking pixels by default on this youth-focused site.
