Safeguarding
Safeguarding
The safety of children and young people comes first. This page sets out our commitment and how to raise a concern.
Our commitment
TM6 Foundation works with young people through football, mentorship and learning. Safeguarding is the foundation of everything we do. Every adult involved in our activity has a responsibility to protect children from harm.
Our reporting route
We are putting a named safeguarding reporting owner and a verified reporting route in place, which will be published on this page before child programme enquiries open. We will never publish unverified safeguarding contacts, and the general contact form is not an emergency channel.
How to raise a concern
If you have an immediate concern about a child's safety, please contact the relevant local authorities in Uganda. This page is not an emergency channel. Once our named reporting route is live, it will appear here.
What we are putting in place
- A named safeguarding reporting owner.
- A real, verified reporting route.
- Clear guidance for coaches, volunteers and partners.
- Consent and image-permission processes for any photography involving children.
Photography and children
We do not use generated or stock substitutes for children. Any photography involving children requires cleared rights and child image consent before use. We do not scrape private accounts or fabricate programme scenes.
